The sale of all products and services from the Gem Ventures Ltd are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 Gem Ventures Ltd  has the right to refuse the sale of any product  where we deem appropriate.

 Every effort will be made to supply you with your order, however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforseen circumstances

Payment Options:

Gem Ventures accepts online payments via: Paypal payment systems, which offer a secure method of payment or by Internet Banking.

Delivery:
There is a delivery charge with every order. If ordered before 9.30am Monday - Thursday, goods will be dispatched to any city areas the next day. If ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, goods will not be dispatched to any city areas until the following Tuesday.

Delivery is dependent upon the performance of our courier company so delivery time frames are beyond our control. We have selected the best company we know to ensure prompt delivery.

Track & Trace delivery charge (1 to 3 Days) - NZ$5.00

Rural delivery Track & Trace charge (1 to 3 Days) - NZ$8.00

Gem Ventures Ltd  accepts no liability to any customers or any users of products should any damages or injury be caused by use of these products. Any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.

The shipping label will identify the shipper as Gem Ventures Ltd and will not reference NZ Sex Pills or any other identifying description related to products designed for adults.
Product prices shown on this website are all in NZ Dollars and do not include delivery.
