Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of receiving it along with the reason for the return.If the reason for a return is deemed appropriate by Gem Ventures Ltd we will refund the product purchase within 7 days. Postage will not be refunded. Get in touch with Gem Ventures Ltd by using our contact form.

You must notify us (by e-mail) strictly within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any product damage inside the packaging. We will advise you what to do to get the goods back to us. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible, once we have received the goods back from you.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, Gem Ventures Ltd will refund your transaction in full.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return (see Return Policy)
Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded.
